A New Showroom for Shelving4Shops!

The new Shelving4Shops showroom is now open for business and we have much more to offer you in terms of retail shelving and shop racking. It’s one thing looking on a website or out of a catalogue, but it’s another thing seeing our range of shelving first hand, enabling you to visualise your products and give you confidence in what you're buying. It's much easier to make sure you’re getting exactly what you need when shopping at our showroom, and with our large stock of new and used shop fittings available to take away on the same day, you're sure to find the right retail shelving for your requirements.

When you visit our showroom you can also get a free demonstration on how to assemble and fit your shelving correctly, so even if you don’t fancy yourself DIY guru, you should be happy to tackle your new shop shelving by the time you leave! And if not, let us know and we can deliver and assemble it for you.

We're happy to sit down with you at the showroom to discuss your shop shelving and planning needs, and with our range of peg board, gondola and wall shelving all displayed in various sizes, it's easy to see how your shelving layout can work for you.

Of course, it did take a little time for us to get up and running in our new offices and showroom as we had a lot of work to do! First, there was the office move, then we had to remove a wall…

With that done and the shelving from the old showroom dismantled we could really appreciate how big the new showroom would be...

Work begins to build the showroom

Once the dust settled and the floor was cleaned, work began on installing the new shop shelving display. While this was completed the old showroom was kept semi-functional so our customers at least had something to look at (even if it was a little dusty). A new corner display unit was installed and stacking baskets placed so that our customers could get a sense of scale and versatility of the products.

And after a lot of work and a solid effort from the team, we now have a smooth sleek U shaped showroom for all of the visitors to enjoy, demonstrating our range of quality new and used shop shelving and accessories:

Now we're up and running, we are fully equipped to help our customers choose the right shop shelving. Sometimes it can be very difficult to visualise the different sizes of shelving in your store space and we are often asked to recommend an average sized shelf. We always suggest for customers to come into the showroom to see the products for themselves, and we even provide cans and bottles to give you a real sense of scale.

Our showroom is now fully open to visitors and with a new counter installed and the cleaning complete we are happy to invite all our customers new or old to come and take a look at our new shop shelving and accessory product ranges. We're based in the Midlands between Leicester and Coventry with great motorway access from the M1, M6 and M69, so there is absolutely no excuse not to come down for a coffee!

·     Gondola shelving - Many stores choose to use gondola shelving due to its versatility and the range of widths and heights that we stock mean that it is perfect for every store. This shelving can be used to create aisles throughout your store and provide ample display room.

·     Wall shelving - If you have a lot of wall space then wall shelving is an excellent way to maximise the floor space you have available. We have a range of heights and widths available to ensure you can find the perfect fit for your store.

·     Shopping baskets - Placing stacks of baskets at the front of your store makes it easier for customers to carry more items. It can also help to have stacks of baskets around the store to encourage customers to pick up more items than they originally intended. 

·     Wire stacking baskets - Using wire stacking baskets can be a great way to fill that empty space in the corner or that open floor space you have that is too small for a full bay of shelving. The versatility of these baskets make them a great addition to any store and can be moved regularly to draw customers eyes to new displays.

·     Corner shelving - The design of classic straight shelving means that often a corner is left empty or block off. The simple addition of a corner shelving unit can open up that corner and provide extra display space for products.

·     Peg board shelving and pegs - Not all products that are stocked will sit well on traditional flat shelving, pegboard shelving is an excellent alternative that can, with the simple addition of hooks, easily display hanging items.
